Returns Refund Cancellation

Any return or refund will not be accepted if the ordered tyres have already been fitted to your vehicle. If the delivered goods are found to be defective after installation, customers can order a replacement product from us. We will return the defective product to the manufacturer, and if it is confirmed to be defective, we will refund the cost of the replacement product in full. We will only be liable for the replacement of the defective product.

In cases of fully-fitted tyres or mail-order, the product can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the tyres have not been fitted to the vehicle. The customer will be entitled to a full return or refund. To get a return or refund, or cancellation of the contract, the ordered tyres need to be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Any cancellation will not be possible after the order confirmation has been received. Refunds and cancellations in such cases will only be possible with a written agreement, stating that the customer will pay in full for any loss of profit, material cost, labour cost, damages, and any other charges incurred by Fast Fit Service Centre Ltd because of the customer’s cancellation.

The customer will not hold Fast Fit Service Centre Ltd responsible for any return or shipping costs. In case of returns, the customer will need to return the tyres at their own expense. This applies to all customers who return the tyres within 14 days of the delivery date. Following distance selling regulations, Fast Fit Service Centre Ltd will not ask the customer to pay any restocking or administration charges. Any refunds to the customer will be at the discretion of Fast Fit Service Centre Ltd. If a refund is granted, the costs incurred in procuring the refund will be borne by the customer and not Fast Fit Service Centre Ltd.
